These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and travel services provided by Prestige Journeys (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting payment or confirming a reservation, you (“Traveler” or “Client”) agree to the following:

1. Reservations and Deposits

A deposit is required to secure a reservation.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the trip.

2. Payments and Deadlines

Final payments must be received by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of deposits.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation policies for the remaining balance may vary depending on the supplier (e.g., hotels, airlines, or tour operators). We will communicate these policies prior to booking.

When refunds are approved, they will be returned via the original method of payment only. No exceptions.

Prestige Journeys is not responsible for delays in processing refunds by suppliers or payment processors.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes requested by the Traveler (such as name changes, room upgrades, or date modifications) may incur additional fees, subject to availability.

Prestige Journeys will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee approval from suppliers.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other required travel documentation.

Prestige Journeys is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel interruptions.

Insurance must typically be purchased within a set number of days from deposit payment to receive full coverage options.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Prestige Journeys acts solely as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by any third-party supplier or natural events beyond our control.

8. Acknowledgment of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, illness, injury, weather disruptions, and government advisories. By booking with Prestige Journeys, the Traveler acknowledges and accepts these risks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
